LOUKOUS RIVIERE PROJECT

One of the most remarkable landscaping projects I have completed took place in the Loukkos Riviera region, an area rich in biodiversity and tourism potential. It involved the ecological and aesthetic rehabilitation of a neglected riverside area, with the aim of transforming it into a nature park accessible to the public.

The project began with a thorough study of the soil, local flora, and fauna, in order to respect the existing ecosystem. We then designed a landscape incorporating natural wood footpaths, birdwatching areas, and rest areas made from eco-friendly materials such as bamboo and local stone.
What made the project particularly remarkable was that we successfully restored the native vegetation while creating a harmonious blend of nature and visitor comfort. After a few months, biodiversity returned naturally, attracting not only migratory birds but also local residents, who now enjoy a sustainable, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing green space
This project has become a regional model of sustainable landscape development, combining respect for the environment and enhancement of natural heritage.
